Information on delivery / customer center closure due to the year-end and New Year holidays

We will inform you about the product delivery / customer center due to the holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays as follows.

・ Customer support: We will be closed from 12/28 (Tuesday) to 1/5 (Wednesday). We will reply to you from 1/6 (Tuesday), so it may take longer than usual to reply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

・ About shipping of ordered packages Since the delivery company is closed from 1/1 (Friday) to 3 (Sunday), shipping will be stopped. For other matters, we will respond as usual.
